Bill WoodyVice-President of Sales and MarketingMr. Woody has over 10 years experience in the sales and marketing of the CopyFax product line. As the company’s current Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Bill has the responsibility of increasing the value of CopyFax to companies of all sizes. Bill accomplishes this through the application of his sales and marketing expertise while managing the CopyFax retail sales force. Prior to being appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Bill held the positions of Territory Sales Manager and Major Account Representative for CopyFax. He is a proud graduate of Jacksonville University, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. | |

Steve PollackDivision ManagerSteve has been in the office technology business for almost 15 years and started with CopyFax in 1995. Starting as an account representative, Steve worked his way up to Vice President of Sales and has managed many of CopyFax’s largest clients. He brings vast knowledge to all of his clients, helping them choose the right solution for the company’s current and future needs. Steve now heads the Solutions and Managed Print Services division out of our new St. Augustine location. Along with his duties at CopyFax, Steve is very active with the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce as an Area Council Board Member and Chamber Ambassador. He is also the President of the Bartram Trail High School AFJROTC Booster Club. |

Richard DurantGovernment and Education RepresentativeMr. Durant has been with CopyFax for 11 years specializing in sales and service of both government and educational accounts in Duval, Nassau, Clay, and St. John’s County. Mr. Durant came to CopyFax with more than 35-years experience in sales, and 16-years experience specifically in the education and government fields. |

Bill LotowyczDirector of Educational ServicesMr. Lotowycz specializes in maintaining, supporting, and developing business within the Duval County Public School system. With over 25 years of experience in public education, from classroom teaching to district-level administration, Bill works closely with the school system to provide efficient solutions to their unique problems. Bill has a Masters Degree in Education, and is an American Cancer Society volunteer. |

Jeremy WeilDocument Management SpecialistMr. Weil has been with CopyFax for three and a half years, specializing in using CopyFax solutions to streamline the work flow and office productivity of the customer. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida and is part of the Jacksonville Information Technology Council. He also spends his free time volunteering for the Special Olympics and Esprit de Corp. |

Aimee DeFoorMarketing CoordinatorAimee joins the CopyFax family as a recent graduate of the University of North Florida where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in English and with a in Mass Communication. She applies those skills on a day-to-day basis in her role as Marketing Coordinator, generating and reviewing advertising copy and acting as the primary liaison to CopyFax's marketing partners. |

A graduate of Florida Community College of Jacksonville, Brian specializes in marketing to some of the area’s largest and most influential companies, working to develop document solutions that improve their workflow. |

Tony DraperTerritory Sales ManagerMr. Draper provides current and prospective CopyFax clients with superior document management solutions to companies throughout Northeast Florida. Tony prides himself on working closely with customers to help them become more productive and more efficient. A graduate of the University of North Florida, Tony is Ricoh Image Management Certified, and is part of the Ricoh National Church Purchasing Group. |

Jessie McFarlandTerritory Sales ManagerMs. McFarland works with CopyFax clients to help them run more efficiently, and provides document management and office automation solutions. She aims to increase the company’s client base, and use exceptional customer service to enhance the relationship she enjoys with clients. The UNF Bachelor of Science graduate has three years experience in real estate and over 13 years of customer service experience. Jessie is a certified Image Management Consultant, a Ricoh Sales Development Program graduate, and a proud member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Downtown and Information Technology Councils. |

Chris GreenDocument Solutions ConsultantChris has been a member of the CopyFax team since 2008 and has over 10 years of customer service experience. As a Document Solutions Consultant, Chris teams with businesses to provide tailored solutions that save them both time and resources. He holds certifications from many industry vendors, including both Ricoh and IBM. Chris graduated with a BA in Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University and has also completed an internship at Vanderbilt University. In his free time he enjoys volunteering at local non-profit organizations and spending time with his family. |
