	Mike Makauskas Vice-President of Service Mike Makauskas oversees the day to day operations of dispatch, service, and the parts departments. Mike has superior training in all Ricoh products, and has spent 13 years with the company, working as a delivery driver, warehouse manager, parts manager, and a service manager before being appointed Vice-President of Service.

	Stephen Bennett Field Service Supervisor Stephen Bennet has over 24-years of service experience and is a go-to guy for any issues related to CopyFax’s products. In addition to handling the issues of our customers in the field, Mr. Bennett is a team supervisor and oversees the training of service personnel. Stephen is currently enrolled at St. John’s River Community College, obtaining an Administrative degree. He also holds many Compatia Certifications.

	Rick Elson Team Leader Rick Elson has over 19 years experience with CopyFax, servicing the entire product line including Ricoh. As a team leader, Rick not only works with customers on their service related issues, but he also guides and advises technicians with their customers’ challenges.

	Craig Martin Service Technician Craig Martin specializes in equipment connectivity, and uses his 25-years experience with Ricoh equipment to come up with efficient solutions to the customer’s problems. Craig also spent five years in the U.S. Navy before beginning his career with Ricoh, and has been with CopyFax for 14 years.

	Yevgeniy Muzichuk Service Technician Eugene Muzichuk has spent three years with CopyFax, and brings 16 total years experience in the office automation industry. Yevgeniy maintains and services office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, printers, and scanners.

	Will Williams Service Technician Will Williams has been a valued service expert for the past year and a half at CopyFax, maintaining, servicing, and repairing equipment for the customers. Will has a history of service, having held the position of Avionics Electronics Technician with the US Marines.

	Nathan Cain Help Desk Coordinator Nathan Cain has spent 11 years with CopyFax, assisting customers with their equipment-based concerns and questions, and assisting CopyFax technicians with various updates and technical information.Nathan is a Ricoh factory trained technician and is PDI+ Certified.

	Jeffrey Gantt Service Technician Jeff Gantt has been with CopyFax for 5 years, specializing in the service of black and white and color copiers. Prior to joining CopyFax, Jeff spent 12 years in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician, from 1990 until 2002.

	Charlie Harris Delivery Driver Charlie Harris is responsible for the timely delivery of CopyFax printers to customers.
